I found it interesting to find that Mendenhall is tied for 11th in the league in rushing with 573 yards,of the 10 backs ahead of him, they all have at least 44 more carries than Mendy.
Mendy is having a Jonathan Stewart+DeAngelo Williams last season...HUGE ypc average.

I do not know what is up with you man...but the more you continue to improve the more you still shock me that you run out of bounds instead of delivering a hit. I am not going to nit-pick you too much after another GREAT performance in helping our team to a GREAT victory...but you gotta stay IN BOUNDS sometimes. You're a big dude...DELIVER A HIT!

    That is all
In Mendy's defense late in the game he didn't have the angle and if he was going to deliver a hit it would have had to be on two guys. With the lead I have no problem running out of bounds. I would prefer the clock stopage then having the ball jarred loose delivering a meaniningless hit.

How about just falling down in bounds then?

That I don't disagree with. He should have fallen down in bounds. I guess when you are running hard all night you aren't thinking about laying down. Im sure the coaches are going to drill this point home this week. The kid is still learning which is scary. When the game slows down for him look the **** out he is going to be really, really good.

Yeah he does look lost out there plenty of times...pass blocking and other times, like the clock management.
