... What is the Power's record now?... I must admit that I haven't followed them as closely as I wanted to...

OK... I just did... It just gave the result from the last game, not their overall record... Am I missing something?...

I've been to 2 Power games this year and have had a really good time. I hope this team sticks around a while in Pittsburgh. I've followed them closer than I thought I would. Wish away games were on TV

Without these teams making it on telivision I doubt they will ever have any real future. I forgot all about them to tell the truth. Is the season over ?

I'm not hearing anything about them on the news, radio or amongst sports fan. I hate to say this but, this might be short lived.

Its not a major sport. I dont hear about the river hounds or passion etc. They will be fine, they dont pay the players much.

I guess it's pretty hard to play defense in the Arena Football League. I have only watched a few of the Power games, and they either can't stop the opposing offense OR they turn the ball over. Saturday night they get the defending AFL champ, so I hope they are ready for it. I think they will need a solid defensive effort to stand a chance.

On a side note, I really wish Bob Pompeani would NOT be the play-by-play man for the Power games when they are televised.

Turnovers have killed them in their losses. In the AFL, you'll be lucky if you stop the other team from scoring more than once or twice in a game. So, turnovers are that much more important. You're giving the other team even more posessions to score while taking away from your own.

As far as Bob Pompeani is concerned, he's done a lot of Steelers preseason games over the years, so I guess maybe that was why they chose him. Not really much to choose from locally.
