    By Colin Dunlap, Pittsburgh Post-Gazette
The Pirates will offer fans the "You Score as the Bucs Score" promotion throughout this weekend's three-game series with the Brewers in Milwaukee Friday through Sunday.

For every run the Pirates score during the three-game series, fans will receive $1 off the purchase price of left and right field box seats for a game during the series against the Detroit Tigers at PNC Park May 20-22. The regular advance purchase price for the seats is $24. So, if the Pirates score 14 runs this weekend against the Brewers, fans will be able to get the tickets for $10 for a Pirates-Tigers game at PNC Park.

Tickets will immediately be made available following the the game on May 15 at pirates.com/howmanyruns. Tickets will also be available for purchase at 8:30 a.m. on May 16 at the PNC Park box office and by calling 1-877-893-2827.

A total of 5,000 tickets for the promotion will be available. The promotion will run as long as supplies last.

I remember them doing this before. It was funny because it was when the Pirates had a burst of offense and lowered ticket prices pretty good.

    Hopefully they can deliver again

I hope so too. I was thinking about buying tickets for a game in that series.

It should be the other way around. You should pay 2 dollars for every run scored. Would suck to pay full price because they got shut out.
