    Default My Ridiculous Hostas

    These things are huge. I have 52 inch walls on my pool and its only below ground level in these pictures by an inch or 2.

    This also gave me a good reason to use the camera posting abilities on the phone too

    I like the pics, but I hate Hostas.... They grow like weeds and require too much trimming for someone lazy like me....

    Trimming? You don't trim hostas. At least I don't. They are more like a tropical foilage than a shrub. You just plant them and they come back every year but they never spread. I wish they would. Whats nice about them is that you can split them, plant the split part and have a nice full hosta the next year. Pretty low maintence plant that can take a beating.

    This sucker must really like the overflow pool water or something. I've never seen them this high anywhere

    So do the ****ing moles or whatever it is that eats the roots. Hostas are about the ONLY plant that I can grow.

    POLITICIANS AND DIAPERS SHOULD BE CHANGED OFTEN AND FOR THE SAME REASON!
