I was just wondering if anyone has heard any new info concerning his MCL sprain? Is he going to be out too?

Steelers coach Mike Tomlin offered no update Sunday night on the condition of LG Chris Kemoeatu's sprained right MCL.
Undrafted rookie Ramon Foster came on to replace Kemoeatu and struggled to keep his quarterback clean. Safety Troy Polamalu missed four weeks earlier in the season with the same injury, so the Steelers will have to come up with a solution for this week's game against the Ravens.

Guess we will have to wait to see the severity, but I don't think player position factors into recovery.

an interesting note here...during the warmups for the SD game..Kemo was not warming up with the rest of the line but foster was (kemo was kindof off by himself) and I wondered if at that point Kemo was hurt but obviously he was not at that time--It certainly seemed like they were giving Foster extra reps though and this was on 10/5 over a month ago. Maybe some foreshadowing and didn't Kemo get a big contract extention in the off season too?

Let Foster start and we may see an improvement in OL play and then get big Urbik (6'5" and 325 lbs) off the pine and see if he can cut the mustard as an NFL backup.

Will try and find the link--- read that normally, this would be 4 weeks, but due to the nature of his position, could be back in two.

From what I remember,Urbik looked terrible in the pre-season................and that was against other 3rd stringers.

I wouldn't say terrible, but definitely not notable IMO... Hell, wasn't he inactive this past week?
