Pittsburgh, PA -- (Sports Network) - Pittsburgh star safety Troy Polamalu practiced in full on Wednesday in preparation for Sunday's game versus Cleveland.

Polamalu, who sprained his left MCL in the Steelers' season-opener, has missed the last four games -- two of them losses -- for the defending Super Bowl champions.

The good news came along with running back Willie Parker's full participation in practice. Parker has missed the last two games with a toe injury.

However, as those two starters are getting healthy, starting defensive end Aaron Smith was placed on injured reserve Wednesday with a shoulder injury.

I sure hope he's ready. Not for the stains games sake either.

Hope for no more severe injuries and start getting someone ready to take Clark's spot for the Denver game.

If by chance we get a huge lead, I would be using Mundy or someone to spell Clark.

Ditto.... I don't want him back on the field till he's 100%.... Otherwise, re-injury is a distinct possibility.
