Basically the Broncos will have to lose to both Philly (in Philadelphia) and KC in Denver

    OR

Baltimore will have to lose to the Steelers and Raiders (in Oakland).

    That's it in a nutshell.

I'll admit, it doesn't look good, but anything is still possible. Who would've thought that the Raiders would've beaten the Broncos today??

That is the most likely scenario to happen and would put the Steelers at Sissy in week one.

The Broncos are fake, and will finish 8-8

Pitt and Ravs will finish 9-7 --

Pitt will win next 2, and Ravs will beat Raiders

We have a very faint heartbeat

I don't know, I think it's more likely that the Ravens lose to the Raiders than the Broncos losing to KC. The KC game is in Denver, while the Raiders game is all the way out in Oakland.

The Raiders have beaten teams they shouldn't have.

What I orginally wrote isn't the only way the Steelers can get in. It's VERY confusing actually since there's a lot of teams that are 7-7, 6-8 or 8-6 right now in the AFC. There are some other scenarios that can play out I do believe.

Yeah, all of the AFC teams on the outside looking in right now are 7-7.

If Denver loses next week, they lose the week after too.

Sorry, but Denver is not going to lose to KC at home. Let's be realistic. Not to mention that the odds are slim that we will win the last two.

    >>

Difference is that the Ravens are much better than the Broncos--- I said after the Steelers beat the Broncos that they were the worst team the Steelers had played up until that point in the season-- they are extremely fake---

We will ride the momentum from today into the Raven game, and beat them--- Not to mention the fact that they almost lost to us in the "Dixon Bowl"-

IF Miami loses next week, they will sleepwalk thru the Pitt game.

Why does denver have to lose the next two? If they lose next week they've got seven losses and we have a tiebreaker.

    I don't understand.

You are correct we need Denver to lose one not two and it probably happens next week in Philly. That would give them 7 losses and we hold the head to head tiebreaker. The Titans already have 7 losses and we hold the head to head tiebreaker with them. We eliminate Miami by beating them in week 17.

That leaves 5 more teams (Ravens, Texans, Jaguars, Jets and Steelers) fighting for the last two wild card spots.

I don't see the Jaguars winning at New England next week so they are eliminated
I don't see the Jets winning next week at Indy so they are eliminated.

That now leaves 3 teams (Ravens, Texans and Steelers) fighting for the last two wild card spots.

If the Dolphins can beat the Texans next week and then we beat the Dolphins in week 17 we eliminate both Texans and Dolphins.

That leaves us and the Ravens in the playoffs but none of this matters unless we win out and get to 9-7.
