    Default Ghost of Tommy Maddox

    http://www.postgazette.com/pg/09358/1023303-66.stm

The more and more I read this article the more and more I began gagging thinking of Tommy "gun" Maddox. Of course Big Ben is going to give kudos to Bruce "I call them like I see them and they ain't runs" Arians. Not to be too nostalgic but I don't remember those Tommy Maddox years as "memorable." I still think Arians has a questionable IQ but this article in no uncertain terms shows how much Big Ben has influenced the play calling.

I might be in the minority, but I look fondly on Tommy....he ridded us of Kordell once and for all.

At least Maddox brought down the Korky era, so for that, I am thankful.

Maddox was a good "stop gap" type of QB. Not someone you wanted long term, but a guy that you could rely on while you searched or waited for the better option (which ended up being Ben).

    I liked Maddox...
After such a ****ed up beginning to his NFL career...
He got one last chance to Shine...
And made the most of it...
    Good for him...

If ya really wanna hate on a QB...
    Look no further than..
    Neil "HORSE TOOTHED ****STICK" O'Donn...
I still can't say his name...
That Mother ****er cost us perfection...

Well, no one was "booing" him when he beat Cleveland in the Playoffs, and I'm guessing you didn't either...

... Maybe you just need some perspective.

Maddox's play went down hill after that TN game that he spent the night in the hospital after.

It was a mental issue but not being able to move and believing you are paralyzed for a few minutes will do that to some people.
