Default this is why I like Tomlin

I was at the game front and center behind goal post and this play where Tyler dropped the ball happened right in front of us.

Tomlin very calmly spoke to him and regardless of what was said, he has the respect of Tyler G now and that is what the game of football is all about building trust and establishing relationships in order to succeed as a team. -- and Tomlin is good at that. That is precisely why the Rooney's hired him. I loved his answer to the question that was asked of him below. Tomlin has very good relational boundaries and is not afraid of speaking the truth and basicallly telling the media to shut the heck up.

What did you say to Tyler Grisham after that dropped ball?
Ill leave that between him and me. Hes a quality young man, hes improving, and he provided a third-down conversion for us. Like some of the things that hes doing.

    Push around the rookie......Impressive!

Let's see him take Ben head on and fire Arians. Now that would be a step in the right direction regardless of who he hurts in the process.

I agree with you Steel. That was definitely the right thing to do, almost like giving the kid a pat on the back and positive direction and influence.

That's probably what he does to Arians too.

"Hey buddy, I know you totally screwed the pooh with your idiotic play calling again, but I love the positive things you are doing. Well, say like slurping the **** dribble off Ben's hairy nut sack after you suck him off in the locker room. That keeps him from crying and whining in my office on Monday morning. Keep up the good work buddy."

I would have pointed out how Sweed would have done the same thing and look how that's working for him!
