    Default Pass interference

Just watching the Jets Bungles game and a question surfaced and wallowed in the old noggin for a while.

There have been times when Palmer has tried to air the ball out to Ouchopsycho. He's been covered by Reevis as they run for the ball reception area. Each interferes with the other, giving a 50/50 call. "Look to see who tries to visually acquire the ball as a target" I thought. Both look.

    Reevis was penalised.

Is there any hard and fast rule that can be applied to distinguish the guilty party or is it down to the zebras wanting to get out of the home venue alive?

I believe they can both "slap" back and forth to a certain degree... As Revis and Chaddy-poo did... But when it "impedes" the motion of the WR, or he affects that of the CB, then a flag is thrown.

I think I saw the play in question you are referring to, and I believe that is rather normal from what I've noticed in the past... But that's just me.

In Cleveland, the refs got pelted with beer bottles... NE snow balls... Philly syringes and crack pipes... San Diego sushi and fish tacos, etc. ...I'm not sure about Cincy.. Skyline Chili???

If both parties are guilty, they should either let it go ...or call it on both!

Chilli buried under cheese is good but it has to be a good chilli first.
