Default Penguins recall Curry + Lovejoy

The Times-Leader in Wilkes-Barre is also reporting that the Penguins have recalled goaltender John Curry.

Still no word on John Curry... The team has not made a comment and has only announced the recall of Ben Lovejoy.

There are rumors circulating about a possible upper body injury that might be nagging Marc Andre Fleury. I am not saying that he might not be dealing with something, but his poor play of late has a lot more to do with the horrible defense that is being played in front of him than an injury.

Are they planning to replace Fleury with Curry Genofan? That's a little drastic. Fleury sucked again last night, but I think he's still an above average goalie.

At least Fleury was fighting an injury, cause 3 of those 4 goals were very soff.....

but no, Johnson will become the starter with Curry as the backup. Johnson has enough starter experience... hopefully MAF isn't out too long

I didn't know Fleury was hurt. I wondered originally why they called up Curry. I hope he's not out long also. Why did they play him?

    Thanks Guys

Fleury's not hurt. He's just playing like he is.

    Apparently Johnson is though.

I wouldn't mind seeing Curry get a couple of starts. He can't let any worse soff goals than MAF has been since he was announced as a Team Canada guy.

Somewhere today I saw that Fleury may have cut his arm on a door or something.

As far as the word soff. That'll never go away, will it?
