I accidentally came across this yesterday. Pretty interesting. I'm trying to remember where the hell Ohio Township is

I think it would be cool to see the remains of the Mellon roof used in an artistic way

The only player in the NHL more overpaid than MAF is Jordan Staal

Hmmm... I know exactly where that is... never thought for a second what that areas name would be nor would I have ever guessed it was called "Ohio Township".

Is that out in that Camp Horne Road area, where Sunny Jim's bar sits?

Kinda, but I think it is a little further out northwest past that. (If I am thinking of the right place)...I probably could look it up with this thing called the internet...haha ... but I'm too stubborn

i just looked it up... ok, i did it really quickly.Mentioned the Mt.Lebo shopping center and Camp Horne Road, so I'm thinking that it's the shopping center thats sits on that cliff between Camp Horne and Rte 279 (I think there's a giant eagle and home depot over in that area as well)

See, I NEVER take rte 79 north for anything. with where I live, I break out back roads and stuff. To get to Cranberry or Wexford, I do Freedom Crider road, for the area you mentioned, I goto rte 51, get over to rte 65, hit weird roads You get on that hills behind the towns lining Rte 65 and I have no idea what they're called

If Mellon Arena cannot be saved in the Lower Hill District, Scot Kurtz hopes he can turn pieces of it into a Picasso-inspired office building for the Parkway North corridor.
Sounds like a great plan to me. Use the materials and concepts to the max.... As for y'all talking about backroads and alternate routes, I'm lost.... I grew up down in Waynesburg, and there was basically only one main route to get into Pgh... I-79 north thru Washington... Beyond that, you really don't want to know what we did on the "back roads" as youngsters down there.....
