That burger is ****ing immense. I will admit I never made a burger that looked quite as good as that. I am going to try to top it at some point tho. Maybe I will make the buns from scratch.

    Default FUD FOR THOUGHT

This is a repost from another place and time.

ShayP has tried something like this.

    On toasted bun
    Split toasted hotdog
    Melted sharp cheddar cheese
    Anchovie
Hungarian hot wax pepper w/o seeds (optional)
    A1 sauce

After the dog starts getting done add the cheese and chovie, sauce can be heated or fresh from bottle. The hot pepper can be started with the dog or fresh.
    serve with beer

Hey BONES, we sorta started/carried over our cooking and recipe thread... Right now it just has a few pics from our earlier creations, but we've ran it on hundreds of pages deep in the past with recipes. I really expect the same to happen here over the coming weeks... The below link is the one that just got started last week.

    http://www.pittsburghsportstavern.co...read.php?t=256

... What I'd like to do is merge this thread with that one, unless you have any serious objections... I'll do it later today or so, after you have a chance to see this....

Now THAT would make it perfect!....

For those that don't remember it, here's the recipe:

Half-pound patty mix of ribeye, sirloin, and prime rib (grilled to desired doneness)
    Havarti cheese
    maple bacon
    sauteed onions
    smoked pepper mayo

Yeah I tried it. Not served with beer though. AFTER I had about 15 beers! It was the taste I needed at the time.
