What bothers me about the whole Tiger fiasco is that lack of any sense that Tiger did anything wrong other than get caught. There is even an underlying theme of jealousy that others did not get to partake in his "fun".

I agree. This wasn't a moment of weekness or a slip up. Tiger will say that this is between him and his wife, but this was deviant, pathological infidelity and lying! Keeping silent for 3 months is all about protecting the "Tiger" brand. Now he's gonna make a statement and answer no questions? Tiger... man up! You're a great golfer, but you're a failure as a husband, a father, a man and a human being!!!

Its kind of like Mark McGwire taking the stand on steroids and not wanting to talk about it (talk about the past)

No tears shed by Tiger! .... what a monster! No way I could say/read half of that **** (and mean it) without tearing up!

Dick Vermeil would have needed a truck load of Kleenex to get through that. Way to man up Tiger!

First of all the biggest mistake Tiger made was to get married. If he was single, his only concern was to make sure he used protection and checked for STDs. Well he got married, had kids and he ****ed up. At least he said he thought he was above it all. Many other married pro athletes feel the same way. So now he has said he will go back to worshiping Buddha instead of booty....that may be tougher than he thinks.

All that being said, I cant wait for him to return to play golf. Cant wait to see how he'll deal with the crowds wise cracks and the media circus. I hope he continues to dominate the tour. But he's dreaming if he thinks the media will leave his wife alone. Best way to have his wife avoid that is to get a divorce. But again, when your marry the most well known athlete in the world, the media attention comes with it. If she cant take it, she'll have to leave.

I do not expect anything from Woods... He does not owe me an apology because I don't know or care about him as an individual... Yea, he's a great golfer and I enjoy watching him rule the links... Do I give a rat's *** as to what he does off the course? No... Will I have dinner with him? No... Will I meet him for drinks and a romp thru the strip clubs? No...

I like him for what he does on the course, and nothing more... Yea, he is a bad husband and a bad father for what he did... It doesn't effect me in the slightest... I hope he gets his life in order, regain his composure, and returns to the Tour so I can watch him play golf...

Beyond that, I don't give a **** about him... It's not my place to do so, nor does it effect me whatsoever.

Tiger has been getting people kicked off courses since he was an amateur. There is no way he'll put up with crap from the gallery.
