Default GDT : Pirates vs. Orioles : Spring Training Game 3

I'm starting this thread in hopes of someone being able to post some results. I can't listen to the audio feed unfortunately tonight.

For anyone interested it is being carried audio wise at MLB.com >> http://pittsburgh.pirates.mlb.com/mediacenter/index.jsp

I don't know about you guys but I'm hoping Iwamura takes hold of that leadoff spot so we can move cutch down to about 3rd.

I like jones and that power in the 3 spot. Cutch and Iwamura with their speed and OBP ability is dangerous at the top of the order IMO... we have legit 3-5 guys in Jones/Doumit/Clement/Milledge/LaRoche

Legit in that they each have power potential

thanks for doing the GDT, Ira

Aki leads off with a check swing bouncer right back to the mound for the 1st out

Tabata now fouls off a bunch of pitches and runs the count full before striking out on a high fastball.

Garret ****ing Jones up now and he strikes out on 3 pitches... eesh glad spring training doesn't count so far.

Adam jones grounds out to Pearce (1B) for the first out.

Andino hits one long and high to center and Raynor reels it in for out number 2

Markakis K's with the final out

I almost forgot the game is on the regular radio tonight and I don't have to go hunting for feeds online. Nice.

Doumit leads off the second for the Bucs with a strike out looking at a fastball

Pearce up now, falls behind 0-2 then hits a chopper to 3rd and he's out.

Moss to the plate and he flies out to right field

0-0 after one and a half

Tejada leads of the 2nd for the O's with a long drive over Raynor's head in center for a double.

Moskos... I mean Wieters steps in and launches a 3-1 pitch to deep center and Raynor gets there to make the catch. Runner advances to 3rd.

Luke Scott hits one to the wall in right, Jones makes the catch but the run scores from 3rd and it's 1-0 O's

adkins lines one to shallow center in front of Raynor for a base hit.

Grounder to 3rd and Walker scoops it up, on to pearce for the 3rd out

Rough inning for duke and it sounds like he has been getting hit quite a bit even when he does get outs.

    1-0 O's after 2
