I have a feeling Parker and Johnson are playing for one job. I know Johnson's contract had a very small guarantee, and it doesn't say anything there, but I bet Parker's does as well. Neither of them are short yardage specialists and neither of them return kicks or anything. Seems like they went out and grabbed two guys who have shown some talent in the past who there wasn't a huge market for and hoped one of them would work. I just wonder if they (Parker and Johnson) realize it yet.

I seem to recall his priority being starting as a feature back. Good luck with that.

Shannahan is extremely good at evaluating RB talent, and getting the most out of that talent... We'll see if there is anything to get out of him in this situation.

It will be interesting for me to see how the OC utilizes him... I've said it many times that I think he still has some "gas in the tank", but is just not being used correctly.

Doesn't say much for Portis or Johnson does it?

They must have read Ron Cook's article on Willie and wanted to beat the crowd. Seriously I wish him luck but his speed is gone, without it, he is a below average back. His hands are poor at best, don't see what role he fits with them.

I didn't think that was going to end up happening. Well good for Parker. I will always have good memories of him in the b&g. Couple SB's unlikely hero and all that. Will remember him constantly getting stopped at the line too All good tho there is such a short window for RB's in this league his window is gone now imo and him being a skin is better than seeing him in the ****** Staley uniform

I am willing to guess he doesn't even make the team. He will get cut in training camp.

If he does make it Campbell better get ready for alot of 3rd and 9's .

If he does not make the Redskins roster, he'll get a few cursory looks from other teams and then he will fade away..
