    Default Interesting Big Ben statistic

The NFL completion percentage--for a full season--record is 70.55%. Right now Big Ben and Peyton Manning are battling it out for the #1 spot this year...and both are above 70. Ben is 72.5% while Peyton Manning is 73.5. Now the interesting part of all of this...or else I would not post it at all LOL...is that the record is currently held by Ken Anderson. Yes, the same Ken Anderson who is the Pittsburgh Steelers QB-Coach. How interesting would it be if Ben broke his coaches record? That is a long way down the line I know and there is still a lot of games to be played...but that would be quite interesting. You have to think that Anderson has helped Ben mature into a more accurate passer.

(PS: If our receivers didn't have so many drops...Ben would be leading the league in completion percentage).

With these stats how in the world have we not hit 30 points in the game? How did we lose 2 games? We really need to learn to bury teams and stop keeping bad teams in the game longer then they should be.

****...I didn't know Kenny Anderson was our QB coach.

....also a heck of a point guard too!

Kenny Anderson was definitely a dink and dunk QB. He ran the earliest version of the West Coast offense when Bill Walsh was OC for the Bengals in the 70's.

Didn't we have 38 points against the Chargers?

Defense, defense, defense.... It's just not the same this year. No pressure (at least consistently) on the qb, which allows them to pick at the secondary.
