    Default Sodapop thread

I started doing this a few weeks back after a discussion about rootbeer. Been trying any type of soda I can find and I take a pic of the bottle and jot a few notes about it. Feel free to add to it.

My boss just brought me this. Comes from the Ukraine. Everything he gives me has that malt flavoring. Never though they would have malt soda lol. Not that big of a fan of malt so I don't really dig it but it's a great looking 2 liter!

JOLT COLA is consumed as a refreshing alternative to coffee. It surprises many to learn Jolt has fewer calories than leading brands such as Pepsi. Remember... "twice" refers to caffeine! JOLT is popular with entertainers, musicians, computer programmers and just about anybody who burns midnight oil. Often these are America's hardest working people. Occasional exhaustion is part of a demanding lifestyle. And JOLT is a perfect solution ...delivering great taste and thirst quenching stimulation. Jolt, the espresso of colas.

Tops I picked up in Jamestown NY. You never know what you are going to get with generic sometimes it's great and this is pretty great actually. The type of flavor I look for in rootbeer. Full flavor and really nice finish. A bit too carbonated tho. Was perfect 2 days after opening.

Yea... The original packaging years ago touted it with "all the sugar and twice the caffeine"...

I first had this in Scotland... fermented lemonade. You can buy it online from a place in Buffalo, it only has 1.5% alcohol but it sure is tasty!

Just looked at their website. I'd like to try all the flavors. Rootbeer, cola and gingerale are my main interests.

I've been trying to find (unsuccessfully in the Pittsburgh area) Irn Bru. I seem to be 3500 miles away from sources of it.

Some guy at work brings in little glass bottles of Coke.

I have been looking for diet tonic water in less than a 1 liter size. Can't find them.

I guess there is a store somewhere around here that stocks Mexican coke in the glass and made with real sugar. I had a swig, it tasted amazing.
