I look at his illness, for this one game, as an injury...play someone else...it's just football, the organization should be taking the lead here and the responsibility. If he even has doubt..why would you want to play him...it's like...he won't be 100%.

The way I see it...if he doesn't play and we lose...it won't be because HE didn't play.

I agree. If he doesn't want to play or has fears about it he SHOULDNT even travel.

If he's not going to play, though, he better not even go out there.

Ryan Mundy is gonna kill me @ safety though

Maybe I look at it differently, but to me practicing and playing in that altitude is a great advantage. If I was coach, I go out there Monday...for the week...try to get acclimated some. If nothing else it may make a difference mentally. Our guys, especially Big Snack, will be sucking wind all day.

IF Clark has any trepidation about goin' out there to play...he should stay home too.

We have two weeks to scheme against KYLE ****ING ORTON...I think we'll roll without Clark
Orton is due for some big time pressure from a top notch D. Put him on his *** a couple times early and he will complete a few passes to us.

I think Clark should sit out and the team should rally to "win one for the Gipper" so that we don't have to go back there in January.

Yeah...having to go back there in the playoffs without Clark would suck.

It actually takes 3-4 weeks to acclimate for that.

I have read where going out earlier in the week will actually work the opposite way for the players, making them even more fatigued by the end of the week.

Clark has had more time to think about whether he wants to play in Denver, where he lost his spleen and gall bladder after his sickle cell trait caused his blood to attack his organs while playing in the high altitude there Oct. 21, 2007. He said again last week that he will decide this week after consulting with his doctors, and he repeated that assertion after the game Sunday.

I don't know yet," Clark told the Denver Post. "I've been checking, we've been doing our due diligence on it. Through the offseason and up until now. I don't think it's a decision you can make in a week or two. It is something you have to feel confident you can do.

"Any kind of test where they can look at your insides, they've run it on me. I think next if they can stick their head down my throat and look they'll do it. And things look good, but it's still a tough decision.

"I can promise you I will be on the plane, either way, and we'll just figure it out from there."

I hope he doesn't play if there is even a 1% chance he could get messed up and miss any time from it.

I rather have him not play. It's only one game.
