I would say it's a near certainty since they released their old punter and Berger is the only one on the roster, but then I remembered when the Steelers released Berger and Ernster was such a disaster that Berger was back in a couple weeks.

The Broncos old punter, Brett Kern, was averaging 46.1 yards a punt, but a net of only 34.5. Berger got 41.3 a punt last year, and a net of 36.4.

Somehow,I see Logan making some really nice returns in that game.Could even get a couple TDs.

The guy Denver had must have been pretty bad, because the thin air in Denver would add at least 10 yards to kicks,I would think.

Cannot wait to watch that monstrosity in a different uniform. Hopefully he helps blow Denver's playoff chances.

Hopefully, it'll be their throw-up, sorry, throwback uniform too. That'll help with the turd illusion/allusions.

They actually were in talks to wear those uniforms the remainder of the season.....

    MY EYES!
I even felt bad for their asshat mascot for having to wear the throw back over his horse costume.

    Broncos replace Kern with Berger

(AP)The Broncos have signed NFL veteran and former University of Colorado punter Mitch Berger, who will replace Brett Kern.

The Broncos formally announced the move Monday afternoon. In the morning, Berger's name plate was above the locker that until recently belonged to Kern.

It appears the Broncos were unhappy with Kern's tendency to boot long, but low-trajectory punts that were ideal for returning. San Diego's Darren Sproles returned a punt for a touchdown last Monday night.

Unlike Berger who tends to boot short low trajectory punts ideal for returning....
