    Default James Farrior

Just thought that James Farrior deserves some credit for having a tremendous game vs. the Vikings. Farrior had 15 tackles, 9 of which were solo tackles.

Definitely. He was overlooked in this game. He had a tremendous day. He was all over Heinz field.

He almost had an INT early in the game. Wish he would have grabbed that one!

Since he sucked it up in the Bungles game, he has really stepped up his play. I have to think he was embarrassed when he watched the game film.

Farrior might be the steadiest player we have. He isn't flashy, he just gets the job done. Hard to believe it is his 8th season in the 'Burgh.

I would have to agree with that.Farrior seems to be big on pride.I'm sure he watched that film and felt disgusted with himself.

Guys like Farrior and Smith just do their jobs. They quietly go about their business without causing problems on or off the field. Although their the media may not recognize their value, The Nation knows

Yeah, that was the best game I had seen from Farrior this season. He's been applying more pressure on the QB's this year than I remember in years past but his tackle numbers have really been down. There were a couple of weeks where he hasn't even been the team leader in tackles, which is something he usually is, week in and out and at the end of the year.

The Vikes game may have been one of his better all around games in a long time

Sometimes it looks like LeBeau might be asking Farrior to do different things because of injuries.

I don't if anyone's ever been on the Steelers board "Stillers.com" I used to read the game analysist of "Still Mill". The guy lost any creditability with me,because no matter what, every week he writes how badly Farrior sucks, that and the fact he also can't stand Dick LeBeau. I don't give the time of day to people with agenda's
