My guess is the next day...I had the radio on KNBR today around 3pm and was listening to Ralph Barbieri and Tom Tolbert and they were talking about the very same subject. They said Selig would decide the rescheduling. I take it as pure guess work on their part. But our guess and their guess is as good as any and as good as what Selig may decide should there be a rain out on Thursday. Lord help us all whenever Selig puts his two cents in.

Absolutely! I've always liked Tolbert. Laid back and he was a pretty good ball player....say, for confirmation's sake, I was watching chronicle live on fsn bay area and Greg Papa had said in case of a rain out they play the rain out game the next day. It's a good thing tonight's game is not getting any significant rain, perhaps a sprinkle or two but they should get it in.

Thursday's game, however, might be rained out. They will probably try like all heck to get the game in that night, though.

If we had two rained out games, they'd have to reschedule the entire series. I am sure they already have contingency plans just in case for such things as rainouts occur.

Oh those poor TV execs. They might even have to earn their pay these next couple of weeks.

They just might be scrambling, eXNCite.....although the latest from the weather.com site is 10% precipitation tonight and 30% on Thursday so it looks like we will get both games in with perhaps an interruption on Thursday night more likely of the two games:

Tonight's game looks good to go.... Listening to the Fitz and Brooks show with Bob Fitzgerald, former Giant' F.P Santangelo and former Dback Of and Giants fan' Eric Byrnes and they just said that the heavy stuff is projected to come down after 9pm.

Funny to listen to the weed stories with Giants fans lighting up and getting "Chinese eyes" 50 ft away from where the police are standing and the police are doing nothing. lol

They also mentioned how the local cannabis dispensary was giving out free blunts for every GIants homer..... also, Giants fans are toking up in the arcade SRO section and just right beneath in the knot hole section in right field where you can watch the game for free and the outfielders are getting a"contact" high from the second hand smoke !! It's like a Greatful Dead Concert. ****ing wild out there in At&t, beer and blunts! I've lived out here for 37 years. Oh well, I am not ****ing surprised. lol

I forgot I also heard multiple stories about a huge pot party in the waters of McCovey Cove . People in Kayak's, Catamarans, and powerboats were toking it up like Cheech and Chong. That's the bay area for you. That's what they do.
