PTTSBURGH -- It's almost certain that Steelers defensive end Brett Keisel will miss his second straight game with a hamstring pull.

This morning as the Steelers began practicing, Keisel was not with them.

So that means the Steelers will start two backups at defensive end Sunday night in New Orleans. Nick Eason will start at right D-end in place of Keisel. Ziggy Hood will start at left D-end in place of Aaron Smith, who's out indefinitely with a partially torn triceps.

Meanwhile, Trai Essex is back as the starting right guard after missing four games with a sprained ankle.

The Steelers (5-1) and Saints (4-3) kick off at 8:20 p.m. Sunday.
