    Default Baltimore vs Denver

No one watching this? Probably the most relevant game for the Steelers right now, wake up people!

Denver is not looking too good at all on O. Ravens D taking care of business but Ravens O only put up 6 points so kinda meh either way. Don't think either of these teams are going to be able to keep up with our O, especially if our D keeps improving.

... I've been watching.... Since mid-2nd qtr anyway..... Balt looks tough.

Maybe they can beat-up Denver for us.....

It's almost a scouting mission this week. So far, neither side is doing enough physical damage to the other for me...

Denver looks a little prone to a D getting up in Orton's face, which I suspect may miraculously coincide with Mr LeBeau's plans for next week.

Maybe Denver really is the first half of the season's pretenders.

I have been saying that all along. I think Denver just met earth. They will see more of it next week imo.

A two game skid for Denver will be nice....

.... Question is, do we want Balt to beat Cincy next Sunday or the other way around?.... My heart wants Cincy to lose, and I haven't thought thru all the possible ramifications of it.

But we (as fans) will get to sit idle again next Sunday and watch it while waiting for our game.

I say Cincy. We will handle Cincy whether it is Nov 15th or in the playoffs. The further the Ravens fall down the ladder the better I feel.

Badda-bing! Right now, anything that hurts the Ravens is good. I suspect that the Bungles will implode soon enough, so it's best if they do us a favour before they do.

I always take any external assistance available. It's been said that a good team makes their own luck, but I'll add the modifier that they also need to know how to ride their luck. The Bungles don't we do.

    Let's boogie!

See.... I'm not sure they WILL implode.... Yea, I want and hope they do, but they are having a good season and may just ride this one out to the end... Either way, we have everything in our control, so it should be interesting.

Even if they don't implode I would feel more comfortable playing the Bengals in the playoffs then having to face the Ravens again.

Yeah I just can't take the Bungles seriously. I watched a few of their games, they look good but I don't know what it is but I am just not convinced of them being a winning team or at least a playoff team. The Ravens on the other hand, it's just that the Ravens and Steelers are built to clobber each other over the heads. There is always a good chance of losing to those guys. But whatever, I am not really about the path of least resistance either. I hope we win the Super Bowl going through the Pats, Indy and Balt. And beat NO or the Giants when we get there.

Guys I've worked with for a year here are starting to talk Broncos' smack. Never knew before a couple weeks ago they had any idea the Broncos existed. So screw them. Broncos will lose another next week and I will enjoy wearing a Steelers shirt at work. I can hardly wait for the Steelers to rip the Broncos a new one.

It's playing with house money. It's a win -win situation because we are guaranteed one of those teams will lose. The real question is- who do we think is our greater challenge. The answer to this question answers your question of who do we want to win.
