    Default Cincy

Well, the NFL is week to week, so let's move on already.

Does the Concy game have 'trap game' written all over it? It's sandwiched between being way pumped up for the Ravens and then the big game against the Jets the following week.

    I think it does.

If we let Cincy hang around, it'll get dicey. But the way Cincy is right now, if we get up 10+ points on them, they'll just roll over and die.

I hope you're right... Getting up early is not always a sign of victory (reference our last game against them)... Yea, it might be a trap game, but it really shouldn't be too difficult to get up for any divisional game...

... Cincy is losing, and really crappy, but they can play teams tough for a while... New Orleans was suprised I'm sure... But the thing is, they have nothing to lose, so they will either continue to battle (as they did with the Saints) or fold quickly... But this will definitely be their "Super Bowl" this week, and there is nothing they would enjoy more than beating us and playing spoiler...

... Gonna be an "interesting week" in the NKy household once I get home in a few days...

Ya know I was kinda hoping that they'd beat the Saints this past weekend. I mean any time a team loses that many in a row, you gotta figure the law of averages catches up because they're 'due' to win.

I was hoping that would be this past week they're due to win and not coming up against us...

It's one thing that makes this franchise so great. No matter who they play or what the circumstances are regarding standings, the opponents will be extra-motivated. Cincy is double simply because they are the Bungles and have no love for the Steelers.

I would say trap all the way. However, because they swept us last year and won the North and *** beating is probably in order.

In the past for me, it usually resulted in shame and having too avoid certain females for semesters at a time.

LMAO...and sorry to hijack the thread.

An early lead would definitely cause the Bengals to fold the tent up.

That tent is folded, the cars are packed, and they have left T.O. and Ocho behind to **** on the campfire to put it out.

There's always the trap game possibility when taking on teams in Cincy's position. I was leery a couple of years ago when we got saddled with the Dolphins when they were on a losing streak.

That had the mark of the trap game clearly embossed, but higher powers intervened, giving us that marvelously swampy 3-0 win on a Monday night.

Owens, Oucho ****co and Shipley would possibly be the big targets for Palmer (I'm hoping for a WR Meltdown - it's been simmering and who knows, we might get lucky!) and hopefully we'll get a Cinterception from Carson.

I was at that game. Most miserable time/game that I can remember.

Itīs funny you just mentioned that. Well, weather-wise anyway. Iīve been following the heavy snows currently going on back home and just got a report of a potential snowstorm for the region this coming weekend with the high point being Sunday afternoon. This game could get very choppy. IT may also take awy the only real threat the Bengals have in their passing game.
Canīt take anything for granted, especially since teams are gunning for us now.

What have you seen as far as early forecasts?
