Default Dave 'The Cobra' Parker Autographed batting helmet

Just wanted to share that the 28th was my birthday so I decided to purchase myself a small present and on ebay I found an autographed Dave Parker batting helmet with the inscription 'NL MVP 78' written underneath it. I think I got it for a steal at 14.99 plus 10 bucks shipping. It comes with a certificate of authenticity. Pretty stoked.

About three years ago I went to Piratefest and had Dave Parker, Bill Madlock, and Nyjer Morgan sign my Jack Wilson jersey.

I will supply the picture when it arrives. The gentleman that owns the memorabilia shop is currently in Dallas for the Superbowl. Said he will try and ship by the 10th. Gotta locate a case to put this in, in the meantime.

That reminds me of a game many years ago I went to in Cincinnati. I got Al Martin to sign a baseball. There was another guy signing autographs and he signed the ball too. To this day, I have no idea who the other guy was who signed the ball! Could've been the bullpen catcher for all I know!!

lol...I know. Back then they were putting an "up and comer" with two older players at the signing table. The trio before them were Bob Walk, John Candeleria, and Zach Duke.
