Default Cut FWP and Sign Larry Johnson???

    (Assuming you had cap space?)

No, I would not advocate that, but I thought I would pose it before anyone suggested it!!!

Ha Ha!.... I wouldn't either... For the obvious reasons, but also because I think he's in the wanning years of his career with his best days behind him.... Just my opinion...

.......well I just don't like bringing a malcontent into a pretty decent locker room so I'd have to say no on that based on that premise.

I'd possibly hire him as the silverback's punching bag, but that's about all. He comes across as a total jag-off whose onfiled production is far outstripped by his mouth with his brain finishing a poor third.

There, I said it. Thanks for getting this out of the way, DC.

Larry Johnson...say hello to New England?

Seriously with their history of being able to do ok with these types of players...it might be worth it for them to take a look.

He lost most of a good offensive line. that's why.

But no, to Johnson. I'm content with Mendenhall. I like the kid and think he's only going to get better. the problem with our running game is and has been Bruce Arians and a revolving door of offensive linemen which si never good since you need that cohesiveness and continuity between an entire line.

He was a good rb at one time behind an offensive line that was really strong at run blocking and if i remember a line that had been together as a whole for a long period of time. Both LJ and that line disappeared together

Nope. For one Willie gives a nice 1-2 with Mendy. He is the lightning, Mendenhall is the Thunder so to say. With Johnson you get an over the hill version of Mendy. So it does not help.

Plus with as much as the Steelers pass these days LJ would not get enough touches to justify the money he would command.

    good point.

Love your Loni Anderson and Jan Smithers pic. Those two were the bomb in the day. I as a teenager and young man thought that Smithers was the prettier of the two. I read an article about that show when it was newly on, it stated that they had to dress Smithers down and not allow her too much camera time or something to that affect. They wanted Loni to have that audience pull or attention. The writters wanted two separate characters and not two sex bombs on the same show.
Either way, they were hot back then.

He will be in New England by the end of the week . Another teams problem becomes the Patriots reward. Watch and see the difference he makes in New England?
