    Default Nobody's mentioning...

All the last 2 weeks we've heard about how the indoor fast track will help GB so much with their passing attack and wr's.

Well now, our wr's may lack experience compared to GB, but I promise you that our wr's are faster than GB's. Therefore the indoor fast track helps us just as much, if not arguably more, than GB. Speed kills.

Wallace, Brown, and Sanders deep and on crossing routes with Ward underneath could be deadly indoors.

Look for us to go deep (30+ yards) on multiple occasions.

The last time we played this team, and I don't put a ton of stock in a game from last year, but, Ben threw for over 500 yards outdoors at Heinz. He won't throw for 500 again, but I can easily see 300+.

Listening to the mediots, I wasn't aware that we even had wide receivers.

I agree. I've seen repeated comments from the media about how the Packers have the speed advantage inside on that turf. How do they figure? Drive and Nelson aren't speedsters (at least anymore). I think the media keeps looking at the Falcons/Packers game and thinking the results will be the same.

Ben could definitely throw for over 300, he could also throw for under 200 yards. The Packers secondary is good, definitely better than last years team. I think Ben will have to elevate his play from the previous two playoff games. It'll also depend on the rookie WRs, gameplan, etc. and how many points the Packers are scoring.

I would also think it gives Polamalu an advantage too. Don't forget Mendenhall.

This is the game for Ben to just take what they give him. Throw short to Mendenhall and whomever is open and eventually it'll be there for Ben to burn them deep to Wallace, Sanders or Brown. Patients is the order of the day.

From all accounts, listening to the media, there is only 1 team playing today and it's the Packers and there's only 1 QB playing in the game and his name is Aaron Rodgers.

    I agree, kinda.

Miller could have a huge game, but unfortunately I see him having to stay in and block more than usual.

... And that is what is going to be so very funny... Listening to all of them back-peddle after the game...

Agree 100%. Hopefully Arians has a good gameplan (he's capable, it's a rare thing, but he can do it) and Ben takes what is given. Too much looking downfield could be a problem (sacks, TO's).

I really hope the Steelers have been practicing screens this week because I think the Packers can be exploited with that.

Nobody is even talking about Mendenhall at all on these shows. You would think he was an undrafted bum. I think he has a very productive day.

Mendenhall is my X-Factor. If he gets his yards, everything should fall perfectly into place.

Oh yeah, Mr. Hartwig played center that game (Ben was sacked 5 times, still threw for 500).

Yes and it's been that way for a lot of the season too. I want to see Ben hold the Lombardi and declare "Who's laughing now Steelers!"
