Default Congradulations to the Packers and Steelers

It was a roller coaster season for us but the Packers knew how to take advantage of our Steelers/Ben/Mendenhall with handing the ball over to them.
Packers did what was needed and the Steelers gift wrapped for them.

Actually, I was starting out on this thread to congradulate the Steelers but I can't. They freakin stunk up the place.

I don't know what it is,but I really don't feel all that bad, maybe it's because I don't hate the Packers. I 'm disappointed, but hey, if you turn the ball over 3 times to their none, you're going to win. I just hope they get this labor deal done so we can enjoy football next season.

I actually feel the same way. The Packers have always been a great franchise that can be respected. They're not cocky or all that and like you said, gift wrap the ball and hand it over to them three times, this is the outcome.

BTW, as much as Ben stunk up the place today and Mendenhall allowed for an easy fumble.......the defense sure went on vacation after the two turnovers. Had they held them to a field goal or no points.....This would have been a different game.
    Would have, could have, didn't.

Yep if I am going to lose to a team I'll pick them. They deserve it. In a way they are the Steelers of 05. We could meet again...

Congrats to the Packers and their fans. They played a good error free game and deserved the win.

It's a good call there, mate. I felt as if it was all a game to far, especially with a secondary that was AWOL. That was, as has been pointed out by others, a big problem this year (one among many).

Still, well done to the Pack for possibly the cleanest game I've seen this year. Plus a free kick in the nuts for Favre. Upside!

The patchwork O-line gave a decent account tonight. Imagine what Kugler might be able to do with a healthy group of players. Well done Legurski for holding in there.

We know the problems, we can see a fair few of them and have all year. Coaches, contracts, CBAs and draft. Latrobe before you know it!

Next season will be our first season to have quarterback on our team that lost a Super Bowl.

Chicken shiit Neil took the money and ran.

I hope the fans don't go overboard with Ben because he played like a scrub and lost the Super Bowl.
